Delivery is free for all orders.
Items marked as “In Stock” will usually be delivered within 2 to 5 working days.
Tribal UK will contact you by email if there are any unexpected delays.
Your radio will be delivered either by Business Post or by the manufacturer.
You can request that your order is delivered to an alternative address if you are using a Visa or MasterCard.
All deliveries must be signed for.

If you aren’t happy with your radio, you can cancel your order within seven days of delivery. Refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation.
If your radio isn’t faulty and hasn’t been wrongly delivered, you must cover the cost of returning it.

If your radio develops a fault within 28 days of receipt, contact Tribal UK to arrange for an inspection. You will be offered an exchange or a refund providing that the radio is in an “as new” state and that you haven’t damaged it.
If your radio develops a fault more than 28 days after delivery but within its 12 month warranty, Tribal UK will repair and return it free of charge.
