Buying a Radio from Tesco – Delivery Timescales and Postage Costs
- Tesco delivers goods to UK mainland addresses, but can’t deliver to the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
- You can order your radio online and arrange to collect it from selected Tesco stores
- You can also choose to have it delivered using Tesco’s Next Day Delivery Service (at a cost of £4.85) or choose a specific 2 hour time-slot (at a cost of £6.85)
- A signature is required for all deliveries and if no one is available to sign for it, a card will be left by the courier detailing the time and date of which they called. Use the contact number on the card to arrange a second delivery.
- Deliveries to remote areas may take longer, but you’ll be informed when you place your order if this is the case when delivering to your address.
Buying a Radio from Tesco – Returns and Refunds Policy
- If you aren’t happy with your radio, you can return it to Tesco within 28 days of delivery and you will be offered an exchange or a refund. Your radio must be as sold, in its original packaging and returned complete with any accessories that came with it.
- If there is a diamond symbol (◊) on the invoice, you can return your radio to any Tesco Extra store or Tesco Superstore. You’ll need to take the invoice with you when you return it.
- If there isn’t a diamond symbol (◊) on the invoice, or you don’t want to return your radio to a store, you should telephone Tesco to arrange for it to be collected.
- All products sold by Tesco are guaranteed for a year. If your radio develops a fault within this time period, contact Tesco to arrange for a repair, exchange or refund.
