Buying a Radio from Sound and Vision – Delivery Timescales and Postage Costs

• Sound & Vision will deliver goods to UK addresses.
• Radios and other small items are sent via Initial City Link Courier.
• These items are usually delivered the next day or within 48 hours (3 -5 days during holiday and seasonal periods).
• Certain goods cannot be delivered to remote parts of the UK. If this is the case, it will be stated on the product information page on the Sound and Vision website.

• If you aren’t happy with your radio, you can cancel your order within seven days of delivery. You’ll need to contact Sound and Vision by email, fax or letter and state your reason for cancellation together with your customer and sale numbers. Sound & Vision will then provide you with a returns authorisation number. Your radio must be unused and in its original packaging. Any accessories that came with it should also be returned and their packaging should not have been opened.

• If your radio develops a fault more than 14 days after delivery, have a look at the Technical Information page on the Sound & Vision site to see if you can resolve the problem using the information provided there. If you can’t, contact Sound & Vision using the online Customer Service Fault form. Sound & Vision will then let you know what to do next.
• Sound and Vision recommends that you keep all packaging for at least three months in case you need to return your radio.
