Buying a Radio from QED UK

Delivery timescales depend on whether the radio you are ordering is shown as In Stock or Ordered on Request on the QED UK website.
If it’s shown as In Stock, it’s ready for dispatch from QED UK’s warehouse. Click on the “Check Delivery Date” tab to see the available delivery dates for your area.
If your chosen radio is shown as Ordered on Request, it won’t be held at the warehouse, but QED UK will order it for you and deliver it within 10 to 21 working days (subject to stock availability and clearance of your payment).
Deliveries are free of charge and are made by a contracted courier between 7am and 7pm.
If you live in a remote area, QED UK won’t be able to guarantee a delivery date. Check with a member of the sales team before ordering.

If you aren’t happy with your radio, you can return it within seven days of delivery for a credit or refund (minus the cost of delivery). It must be returned to QED UK in an “as new” condition and in its original packaging. You must also return any accessories that came with it.
If, when your radio arrives, you can see that it has been damaged, you should record this on the delivery form and ask the courier to return it.
If you accept delivery and later discover that your radio has been damaged, inform QED UK as soon as possible, giving full details of the damage. You must not use your radio, as if you do it will invalidate your claim.
If your radio develops a fault, you will need to return it to QED UK for inspection. QED UK will attempt to repair it but, if this can’t be done, you will be offered an exchange or a refund.
