Delivery arrangements depend on whether your radio is shown as In Stock or Ordered on Request.
In Stock: This means that the item is at Miller Brothers’ distribution centre and is ready for dispatch. Ensure that you look at the “Check Delivery Date” tab to see the delivery dates available for your area.
Ordered on Request: This means that the product isn’t in stock at the distribution centre, but will be ordered for you on request and delivered within 10 to 21 working days (subject to stock availability and clearance of payment).
Deliveries are made by contracted courier and will take place between 7am and 7pm.
Miller Brothers can’t guarantee the delivery date when delivering goods to remote areas. Check with a member of the sales team before ordering.

If you aren’t happy with your radio, you can return it within seven days of delivery for a credit or refund (minus the cost of delivery). If you are returning your radio, it must be in an “as new” condition and in its original packaging. Any accessories that came with it must also be returned..
If, when your radio arrives, it’s visibly damaged, you should record this on the delivery form and ask the courier to return it.
If you accept delivery and later discover that your radio is damaged, don’t use it. Inform Miller Brothers as soon as possible, giving full details of the damage.
If your radio develops a fault, you will need to return it to Miller Brothers for inspection. Miller Brothers will attempt to repair it. If this can’t be done, you will be offered and exchange or a refund.
