Buying a Radio - Delivery Timescales and Postage Costs
- Standard and Specialist Delivery: Your goods will be delivered within 5 working days and delivery costs £3.95. If you have ordered an item that specifies a delivery time of 14 days or more, you will be contacted so that a delivery date can be arranged. Delivery is free if your goods total over £100.
- Next Working Day Delivery: To take advantage of this service, you’ll need to place your order before 3pm. Deliveries are not made on Bank Holidays, Sundays and Public Holidays. The delivery charge for this service is £6.95.
- Named Day Delivery: This service allows you to specify the delivery date of your choice. Deliveries are not made on Bank Holidays, Sundays and Public Holidays. This service costs £6.95.
- If you want items delivered to two separate addresses, make sure that you fill out two separate orders. A separate delivery charge will apply to each order.
- Deliveries are made on Mondays and Fridays, between 9am and 5.30pm and you will need to sign for your radio. If you aren’t at home, the courier will leave a card with contact details so that you can rearrange the delivery.

- Return to Store: You can return your radio to any of the company’s stores with the dispatch note.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
