Buying a Radio from HiFi 4 Less – Delivery Timescales and Postage Costs
- Delivery is free on all orders over £75 to UK mainland addresses. All orders under £75 will incur a £2.50 delivery charge.
- A Priority Despatch will cost an extra £5.00 and can be requested at checkout. If you require next day delivery, please remember to place the order by 3pm. Unfortunately, next day delivery is not available for goods ordered on Wednesdays.
- Small items will be delivered by Royal Mail’s First Class service and larger goods will be delivered by a courier.
- All goods must be signed for. If you aren’t home to receive your radio, the courier will leave a card with contact details so that you can arrange another delivery.
- For deliveries to Northern Ireland, there is a £12.00 delivery charge. For other destinations, contact HiFi 4 Less.
- Upon delivery, please check the condition of the boxes and sign for them as “Unchecked”. Make sure you only sign for the correct number of boxes. Always check the driver’s paperwork before signing.
- If you notice on delivery that your radio has been damaged, write “Damaged” on the driver’s paperwork. HiFi 4 Less will collect or replace your radio within five days of being notified of the damage.
- If, when unpacking your item, you discover that your radio has been damaged, you must inform HiFi 4 Less in writing before 1pm on the working next day.
Buying a Radio from HiFi 4 Less – Returns and Refunds Policy
- If you aren’t happy with your radio, you can cancel your order by notifying HiFi 4 Less in writing within 10 days of delivery. You must return it unused, in its original packaging, together with any accessories that came with it, and you must also insure it for transit.
- If your radio develops a fault within 14 days of delivery, contact HiFi 4 Less to arrange for collection and an exchange.
- If your radio develops a fault more than 14 days after delivery, HiFi 4 Less will either repair it or exchange it.
- All products are covered by the manufacturers’ guarantees.
