Buying a Radio from Dixons – Delivery Timescales and Postage Costs
- Deliveries can only be made to UK addresses (excluding the Channel Islands) and all deliveries must be signed for.
- Small items, such as radios, are delivered by courier or Royal Mail and deliveries are made Mondays to Fridays, between 9am and 5pm.
- Orders delivered by courier should arrive within 5 working days of placing an order, although deliveries to the Scottish Islands and other remote areas may take longer to arrive.
- Delivery charges for each item are quoted in the product descriptions.
- Dixons also offers a Premium Delivery Service, and if you use this, you can specify a delivery day and time.
- All deliveries (except those small enough to be posted through your letter-box) will need to be signed for.
- You can track your order by logging into the “My Account” section of Dixons’ website.
Buying a Radio from Dixons – Returns and Refunds Policy
- If you aren’t happy with your radio, you can cancel your order within seven days of delivery by telephoning or emailing Dixons and arranging for your radio to be collected.
- Your radio must be unused and in an ‘as new’ condition, and you should return it in its original packaging together with any accessories that came with it.
- Unfortunately, if your goods were made to order, you can’t return them.
- If your radio is damaged on delivery or develops a fault within 28 days, Dixons will repair it, exchange it or offer you a refund.
- If your radio develops a fault more than 28 days after delivery but within one year, Dixons offer to repair it for you. If this can’t be done, Dixons will usually offer you an exchange or a refund.
