Buying a Radio from Currys Delivery Timescales and Postage Costs
- Currys can only deliver to UK addresses (excluding the Channel Islands) and your order will need to be signed for on delivery.
- Deliveries of small items, such as radios, made by Currys Standard Delivery Service, will be by courier or post. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm, and should arrive within 5 working days of placing an order. Deliveries to the Scottish Isles and other remote areas might take longer.
- Delivery charges for each item are quoted in the product description on Currys website.
- A Premium Delivery Service is also available for a small additional charge. If you choose this option up, your radio will be delivered on the date and at a time specified by you.
- You can track the progress of your item by logging into My Account, where any information of unexpected delays will emailed to you.
Buying a Radio from Currys Returns and Refunds Policy
- If you are not satisfied with your radio, you can cancel your order within 7 days of delivery by telephoning, emailing or writing to Currys, or by returning the radio to a Currys store.
- The radio must be unused and in an as new condition. It must be returned, together with any accessories that came with it, in its original packaging.
- You cant return an item to a Currys store without proof of purchase or return it if it was made to order.
- If your radio was damaged on delivery or develops a fault within 28 days of delivery, Currys will offer you a repair, exchange or refund.
- If your radio develops a fault within one year of but more than 28 days after delivery, Currys will offer to repair it for you.
