Buying a Radio from Bennetts

Bennetts can only deliver goods to UK mainland addresses.
Bennetts aims to deliver all items currently in stock within 3-7 working days, and will email you if there is likely to be a delay.
Items will be delivered by City Link or Royal Mail.
All deliveries must be signed for. Alternative delivery addresses can be requested when ordering using Visa or MasterCard.
Delivery charges are calculated on the basis of the type of item and then added to the price when ordered. If more than one product is ordered then the highest charge will be applied and a discounted charge will be added to each of the other items in the order list.
Saturday deliveries are available, but at an extra cost.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify Bennetts within seven days of receiving it. A full refund (including delivery charges) will be made within 30 days of the item being received by Bennetts.
If the goods are not faulty or damaged, you must pay your own delivery charges.
If you are not able to return the goods, Bennetts can arrange for the goods to be picked up and a deduction will be made from the refund.
Make sure that the goods are unused, in their original packaging and sent back with any accessories and free gifts that were originally included.
If the goods are found to be damaged on delivery or your order is incomplete, please inform Bennetts within 7 days. Refunds will be made as soon as possible.
