Buying a Radio from BE Direct – Delivery Timescales and Postage Costs
- BE Direct can only deliver to mainland UK addresses
- Goods can only be delivered to the cardholder’s address
- Where possible, BE Direct will confirm the day on which your radio will be delivered. Deliveries are made between 7am and 7pm and, unfortunately, BE Direct won’t be able to confirm a specific timeslot.
- Delivery is free to all UK mainland postcodes (with the exception of the following: AB, PH, IV, KW, PA and DD).
- If there is no one available to sign for the item on the day, you may be liable for a failed delivery charge.
Buying a Radio from BE Direct – Returns and Refunds Policy
- If you decide that you don’t want your radio, you can return it within seven working days of receipt at your own expense. Once the item has been received by BE Direct, you will be given a full refund. The radio must be unused and its packaging should be unopened.
- All goods sold by BE Direct are covered by a one year’s parts and labour guarantee.
- If your radio develops a fault within 28 days of receipt, you should email BE Direct who will either arrange to collect it from you or ask you to return it by Royal Mail Special Delivery. BE Direct will offer you either an exchange or a refund.
- If your radio develops a fault more than 28 days after delivery, contact BE Direct by email or telephone. BE Direct will arrange either a for a service call to be made or to collect your radio.
- If you are returning your radio to BE Direct, you must make sure that it is adequately packaged.
