Buying a Radio from Argos – Delivery Timescales and Postage Costs
- Argos will deliver to addresses in the UK and Northern Ireland, but can’t deliver to BFPO addresses
- Standard Delivery costs £4.95 per order, and your radio should arrive within 48 hours.
- Saturday Delivery and Next Day Delivery services are also available at a cost of £7.90 per order. Orders for next day delivery must be placed by 1pm in order for the product to be dispatched.
- Delivery times are between 8am – 6pm on Mondays to Fridays and 8am – 2pm on Saturdays.
- Delivery dates depend on your location and the time of day the order was placed.
Buying a Radio from Argos – Returns and Refunds Policy
- If you are unsatisfied with your radio then you can return it to Argos under the company’s 16 day money-back guarantee. Items can be returned unused and in their original packaging to any Argos store or you can contact Argos to arrange for your radio to be collected.
- If your radio develops a fault within 30 days, you can return it to Argos with the receipt for a refund or a replacement.
- If your radio develops a fault more than 30 days after but within a year of delivery, then a repair can usually be made. If your radio can’t be repaired, Argos will offer you an exchange or a refund.
- Please note that some products are excluded from the 16 day guarantee but these are clearly marked on the Argos website.
