Buying a Radio from Amazon – Delivery Timescales and Postage Costs
- Amazon delivers to addresses in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland and to BFPO addresses. There are three types of delivery open to UK customer: First Class Delivery, Express Delivery and Super Saver Delivery.
- Delivery times are estimated at the time of order. Confirmation of this will be sent in an email and posted on your account page.
- Delivery times to BFPO addresses are dependent on BFPO schedules.

UK First Class Delivery
- With First Class Delivery, your radio will be delivered by Parcel Force, DHL or Royal Mail’s First Class service. You will be a charged a set amount for each item in the delivery as well as an amount for the whole delivery.
UK Express Delivery
- Express Delivery costs £8.99 regardless of the number of items ordered. Depending on the time of ordering and size of your order, next day delivery will be attempted. This service excludes some UK postcodes, BFPO addresses and PO Box addresses.
UK Super Saver Delivery
- Orders for over £15 of eligible items can be delivered using the Super Saver Delivery service. Orders will generally be delivered 2-5 days later than if delivered using the First Class Delivery service.
Buying a Radio from Amazon – Returns and Refunds Policy
- Amazon has a 30 day returns guarantee, so if you aren’t satisfied with your radio, you can return it, in its original condition, within thirty days of receipt for a full refund. It must be unopened with all seals and shrink-wrap intact. Opened items can only be accepted if they are faulty.
