247electrical will deliver most items free of charge to mainland UK addresses. A surcharge will apply to some addresses, but this will be made clear to you during the ordering process
Unfortunately, 247electrical can’t deliver to the Channel Islands, Eire, BFPO addresses or AFPO addresses
247electrical uses Initial City Link as its nominated courier and will do everything it can to ensure that the items are delivered before midday. However, deliveries are made until 17:30.
You will need to sign for your radio on delivery. If no one is available to take the delivery, the courier will leave a card detailing the day and time that the delivery will be re-attempted (usually the next day).
The dates of delivery given are estimates only, but 24-7 Electrical will try its best to adhere to them.
To ensure that your radio is delivered within the given timescale, you’ll need to place your order before 12pm.
You can choose to have your radio delivered on a Saturday at a cost pf £7.99. 247electrical’s Saturday Delivery Service is not available for large 2 man-lift items such as cookers and fridges.

If your radio has been damaged when it arrives, 247electrical will send you a replacement.
You must notify 247electrical within 72 hours of receiving your radio, using the “Contact Us” form on the company’s website.

If you your order has been incorrectly delivered, or if your radio simply hasn’t been delivered at all, use the “Contact Us” form on 247electrical’s website to notify the company’s Customer Services team.

If your radio develops a fault within this time period, contact 247electrical’s Customer Service department within 72 hours of either delivery or of the fault developing, using the ”Contact Us” form on the company’s website.
The returns process will depend upon the product that you want to return. 247electrical will arrange a collection time and send you a replacement, or will give you the contact details of the manufacturer so that you can make your own arrangements.
If a collection is arranged, you will be issued with a unique number against which to return your radio. You will need to complete a returns form, stating the reason for returning the item.
Your radio must be returned in its original packaging and with all accessories and parts. Failure to do so will incur a charge.
Any damage caused by insufficient packaging will result in you incurring a charge of up to 15% of the purchase price.

If your radio develops a fault more than 28 days after delivery, please contact the manufacturer directly.
If the manufacturer advises you to contact the retailer, use the ”Contact Us” form on 247electrical’s website. 247electrical will then inspect your radio and, if necessary, send it to the manufacturer for repair.

You can cancel your order at any time before a confirmed delivery date without any charge for doing so. You can also cancel the order within 7 working days after receiving your product. 24-7 Electrical must receive the request to cancel in writing.
