Products marked “In stock” are delivered within working 2-5 days by Business Post couriers. 24 Electric will contact you by email if there is likely to be a delay.
Delivery is free to mainland UK addresses, Mondays to Fridays. Please contact 24 Electric if you have any specialist delivery requirements.
Saturday delivery is sometimes available for an extra charge. If this service is available, it will be shown at the checkout stage.
If you are buying by credit card or using 24 Electric’s “Buy Now Pay Later” system, the delivery address must match the address on your credit card statement. However an alternate address can be entered if you are paying by MasterCard or Visa. Alternate addresses may be subject to further security checks.

You may cancel at any time before delivery without charge and 24 Electric will give you a full refund within 30 days of the cancellation date.
Cancellations are only accepted by email.
24 Electric will confirm the cancellation and the amount to be refunded.

You can cancel your order for any reason up to 7 days after delivery. 24 Electric will give you a refund within 30 days of receiving the returned goods.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If the goods aren’t faulty and haven’t been wrongly delivered by 24 Electric, you will be liable for all return delivery costs.
You must email 24 Electric to obtain a returns authorisation number before returning your item(s).

If your radio is damaged when it arrives, please email 24 Electric’s Damaged Orders section within seven days of delivery. 24 Electric will then arrange a replacement or repair.

If your radio develops a fault within the manufacturer’s guarantee period, email 24 Electric’s Faulty Goods section to arrange a return and/or inspection of the item(s). 24 Electric will then arrange for a replacement or repair.
