Pure Digital’s “Move” DAB Radio

Pure Digital has entered the New Year by adding to its impressive range of DAB Digital Radios. The Pure Move is a compact and sleek, palm-sized, DAB and FM radio, designed to be used on the go. Pure’s Move will provide you with over 40 hours of DAB digital quality radio that can be listened to via the built-in speaker or through headphones.

The Move is incredibly compact (5cm x 8.5cm x 2.7cm), so if you are looking for a radio to use at the beach, while playing sport, or while travelling, it could be the new DAB digital radio for you. It comes with a built-in, rechargeable ChargePAK® battery and has lots of cool features like textSCAN™ for controlling DAB scrolling text, an input for connecting an iPod or MiniDisc player, and 20 preset radio stations.

You can plug the headphone output into a hi-fi system and use it as a DAB tuner, and the Move’s FM reception ensures that you can even listen to the radio in areas that have a weak DAB coverage.

The Move will be launched at the end of January 2007 and will cost £89.99 + VAT.

Roberts’ Sound 36 DAB Radio & CD Player

The latest release from Roberts Radios is a DAB radio and CD player which is designed to be used as an all-round entertainment system. The Roberts Sound 36 is an all-in-one programmable CD player and DAB digital radio with a built-in speaker and remote control. It also has iPod or MP3 player connectivity.

The Sound 36 is ideal for use around the home, particularly in the bedroom, as its features include an automatic clock with sleep and snooze functions, which has a handy display dimming function.
