Alba Radios was acquired by Harvard International in 1982, and Harvard International changed its name to Alba plc five years later. Since then, the Alba Group has acquired a number of leading brands including Hinari, Bush, Dirt Devil, Breville, Goodmans and Roadstar. However, the group also continues to produce a range of popular audio visual products under the Alba Radios brand name.
